Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions to Valleydale! Each apartment home can accommodate up to two pets, with a weight limit of 60 pounds.
A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet applies, along with a monthly pet rent of $25.
Please note that breed and weight restrictions are in place. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, and Alaskan Malamute.
